Infrastructure Asia launched a core suite of partially standardised project finance loan documents to expedite projects, narrow the investment gap, and pave the way for a secondary market in infrastructure debt. These documents were drafted together with Clifford Chance and Allen & Gledhill, with the support of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA).
