Audra has overall responsibility for strategic leadership for the company and performance of the business. Since joining Clifford Capital at its inception in 2012 as Head of Origination and Structuring, Audra had spearheaded the growth of the Clifford Capital franchise in the relevant project and asset finance markets across the sectors covered by the company.

She brings with her a wealth of experience working with Singapore-based companies on infrastructure projects locally and overseas. Prior to Clifford Capital, she spent 12 years in project finance with HSBC, playing a key role in the origination and financing of numerous award-winning projects in South East Asia, both as financial advisor and lead arranger.

Audra has an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.

Christine oversees the Industry Cluster Group at JTC Corporation, the government agency responsible for developing industrial infrastructure that supports the growth of new industries and the transformation of enterprises in Singapore. Her Group works with multinationals and local enterprises on their infrastructure and real estate needs, and plays key roles in the planning and development of industry ecosystems, customer and stakeholder engagement, and marketing of industrial land and space to enterprises in sectors such as aerospace, offshore and marine, biomedical sciences, electronics, info-communications and media, logistics and general manufacturing.

Prior to her current appointment, Christine led the Enterprise Sustainability office and the Urban Solutions and Systems industry clusters at Enterprise Singapore, the government agency championing enterprise development. She oversaw the formulation of sustainability programmes and initiatives to support local enterprises in their journey towards becoming sustainable, as well as worked with local enterprises in the built environment, energy, water and environmental services sectors to help them build capabilities, innovate and expand their presence internationally. Christine also held the concurrent appointment of Deputy Executive Director at Infrastructure Asia, a project facilitation office set up by Enterprise Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Infrastructure Asia supports Asia’s social and economic growth through infrastructure development, working closely with players across the infrastructure value chain, including policy makers, developers, multilateral development agencies, investors, as well as financial, accounting and legal services providers in Singapore and the region.

Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Julia Fraser is the World Bank Director for Singapore which is one of the largest co-located operational hubs for the World Bank, IFC and MIGA.  The focus of the World Bank Singapore Office is to strengthen partnerships with counterparts in Singapore and to bring innovations to the East Asia and Pacific and South Asia Regions, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and sustainable development.

Ms. Fraser has more than 25 years’ experience in the World Bank, including on energy, transport, private sector participation in infrastructure, public-private partnerships, and climate change finance. Prior to her current role, Ms. Fraser was the Practice Manager for Energy in the Eastern and Southern Africa Region from 2020-2023 based in Pretoria, the Practice Manager for Energy in East Asia and Pacific Region from 2014-2019 based in Bangkok/Singapore, and the Sector Manager for Sustainable Development in Southeast Asia from 2012-2014 based in Bangkok.  Prior to her move to East Asia, she spent 12 years working in South Asia, including five years leading the Bank’s efforts on the energy sector in Afghanistan where she was based in Kabul.  Ms. Fraser holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, USA.

Lynn leads EY’s infrastructure and PPP Advisory practice in ASEAN. She has over 20 years of experience advising both public and private sector clients to develop, structure and finance infrastructure projects. Lynn has advised clients at various stages of project development from project strategy, procurement planning and support, commercial and financial structuring to raising project and corporate finance, across a range of sectors including transport, power and utilities and social sectors.

Lynn spent the majority of her career as a corporate and project finance banker with international banks, working in UK, Europe and Asia and has also spent time within government advising on PPP and infrastructure investment policy.

Pritha Hariram is the Head of the Water Infrastructure and Climate Adaptation department at Ramboll Singapore. Prior to joining Ramboll, Pritha led the development and financing of bankable water projects for the Dutch Development Financial Institution, FMO across Asia, Africa and Latin America. Other positions held by Pritha, was the global lead for the Water Supply and Sanitation Services program at the International Water Association (IWA) and Urban Development Specialist with the Asian Development Bank where her primary role was to lead the identification, development, implementation and administration of large loans and grants for urban water and sanitation programs in South Asia. Pritha is an experienced environmental engineer with over 20 years of experience in the management of drinking water and wastewater systems to safeguard public health and build resilience to climate change.  Over half of her career has been dedicated in accelerating finance across the value chain to ensure access to resilient water and sanitation for all.
